​About Me
​

I started to write for my mental well-being in my teens. I have achieved and refocused all my goals by writing. I have understood each emotion better and worked on understanding myself better.​

​

In hindsight, the only time I struggled was when I was not writing. 

​

I used a lot of the CBT training in received when working in schools to better how I write for myself.

​

I wrote about my relationships with family, men and friends.

​

I wrote about PCOS and understanding myself better. My mind and body. 

​

Finding clarity through writing, I want to share my skills and methods with those who need it. 

​

I left my teaching profession to be able to write, I now write and I am a novelist working on my first fiction novel. I like writing stories. The idea that I can share a fragment of my imagination with others is the best feeling in the world.

 

 I used journaling to support me in every decision I have made and it has supported me in building the confidence to do what I do today and kept me confident enough to pursue my dreams.

 

I run writing workshops for other writers. I bring together writers, I support them by creating opportunities and environments for those who want to write.

I want to provide the same opportunity for those who want to journal.

My Why
​

I'm on a mission to make writing for mental well-being a norm for everyone. Giving those who already write a sense of direction and reason to write for those who do not. 

​

To create achievable habits and provide the right tools to build mental strength. Journaling supports anyone looking for a change, and this website will create that.​

​

Whatever the goal, working towards solution-based exercises that will help you feel unstuck while moving forward to achieve goals and targets that you set yourself. With the right tools, journaling can help you feel good and make the right choices for your life.
