Practising self-love is often harder for most. Knowing why, as well as how is a great way to start. Here a set of questions to journal on for self-love and why you may be stopping yourself from showing yourself self compassion.
Practise of Self-Love
The practise of self- love is just that, actively finding ways to love your mind and body. Finding the courage to let the ability of your mind and body grow.
These can be in the small things, like a smile after completing hard work out and appreciating your ability to do it and the ability to have challenged yourself to turn up.

Acts of Compassion
Touch is a show of compassion, suggesting to hug yourself is not the way forward for me, but feeling your heartbeat, remembering that you are worthy of compassion and loved with such a small gesture is great. In that single act, you are tuning in. Bringing your hearing to yourself, stopping, and noticing that you need to give yourself compassion.
Reflection and Action
Take the time to reflect on these questions and write down your thoughts. Regular journaling can help you identify patterns and areas for growth, enabling you to cultivate a stronger sense of self-love over time.
These questions can be repeated as regularly as week and monthly. There are a great reminder to be compassionate with yourself.
Change is in the action that journaling helps us take, so remember that and write down them down along with your journals.
