About Journaling
Journaling for mental health, self growth, self love and progress.
I have been writing for years. Novels, short stories and journaling. I started out with a feelings journal. What am I feeling? Trying to explain the overwhelming feelings that sit on my chest as I try to go about my day. I would break it down, I would write letters and notes to help understand it.
And I have built this website to teach you how to understand it too.
For me, overwhelming chest pains, anxiety and panic were and still can be my way of dealing with challenging situations and feelings. Today, if I feel anxious because I got refused for a job, I sit down let it out on the page. I can go back and compare it to a previous entry because I know this something I overcome before and my feelings are not new, they just feel unfamiliar. I get to see the commonalities in feelings, how I express them and how I have previously overcome them.
You Are Here Beacuse You Want To Change
Anger, stress and fatigue makes me tense my shoulders. I cry and become short fused with people I love. If I write about what is making me angry, I leave it on the page and I walk away from instead of carrying it around for hours.
Journaling is great for reflection, growth and tracking. The sense of awareness of mental and physical challenges is the right path for progress.
Recognition, acceptance and change.
This is why you are here.
With all the products and courses we provide, and will provide, we know you are here for change.
Change in a habit, routine, lifestyle maybe even the way you react to an emotion or trigger. Journaling for mental wellbeing supports anything you want to change. It tracks it, it shows you the progress.
I have been journaling throughout my life and I never thought I would be starting a company like this. Everything I have read, practised and used will be available for you on here.
I Have Filled Shelves With Journals
You don’t have to be an avid writer or storyteller, you have to want to change to journal. That is what drove me to writing my feelings away over the years. I have filled shelves with notebooks and the best part is, I feel proud every time I see them because in those books are potentially feelings and situations that would have ruined my day or damaged my mental health. I took the action to make myself better with each and every entry.
I am a storyteller, a teacher and I am here to help anyone that wants to journal.
